What Do You Do when Your VIVO Desk Shows “Er3”?

You have a VIVO sit-stand desk. It says "Er3" on the display. How do you fix this?

Solution

1. Unplug the desk for 10 seconds.
2. Press and hold the down button until it shows "rst".
3. Release.
4. Try to operate the up or down buttons as normal (one at a time).
