How Do You Send ETH from Trezor when You See “Replace Transaction” as the Final Button?

In the Trezor application you see "Replace Transaction." There was no previous transaction to "replace." How do you send ETH?

Solution
Close out of the Trezor app. Reopen it. Next time you should see "Send" (instead of "Replace Transaction").
