How Do You Send ETH from Trezor when You See “Transaction signing error: INTERNAL_ERROR: nonce too low”?

You want to send ETH. In the Trezor application you see "Transaction signing error: INTERNAL_ERROR: nonce too low." How do you send ETH or make the nonce higher?

Solution
Close out of the Trezor app. Reopen it. It may work now.
